Marjon Andesha
Marjon Andesha was born and raised in California, by Afghani parents who celebrated food. Having learned from her mother, a renowned Afghani chef across California, Marjon crafted Nolu.

In 2011, Nolu’s was born from a desire to create a sense of home cooking but a modern-day restaurant design. The brainchild of Chef Marjon Andesha, Nolu’s aims to deliver a beautiful marriage of traditional Afghani dishes, perfected over generations, with a Californian twist that brings the flavours best flavours together on a plate.
